FOOTGOLF

Introducing footgolf
Footgolf, a sport that is now popular in Hungary, started its conquering journey from the Netherlands in 2009. This sport, which combines the rules of football and golf, is played by teams of 4 on an official golf course or footgolf course. The rules of the game are basically based on the known golf rules. The greatest attraction of the sport lies in the fact that it combines the popularity of football with the traditions and elegance of golf, and thus attracts a wide range of people. Footgolf is a true family sport: it provides excellent entertainment for everyone, regardless of gender and age. It is cheerful, youthful, energetic and at the same time an unforgettable experience.

Perfect team building opportunity
Footgolf – despite its young age, an increasingly popular sport carries all the beauty and elegance of football, mixed with the rules of golf, while stimulating individual performance in all its participants. Everything that we can expect from a sport is fully implemented in Footgolf. Cheerful relaxation, cloudless pastime, a sport in the fresh air that moves everything in us, individual successes, and forging together. After mastering its rules, it provides cloudless relaxation and entertainment for those who want to play sports of all genders and ages. All of this makes it perfectly suitable for corporate or other group team building. It has proven countless times that, similar to team building trainings, it greatly helps cooperation in everyday life, while also providing a lifelong shared memory, experience and adventure.

The footgolf course
A size 5 soccer ball must be kicked from the starting point into a hole 53.5 cm in diameter and 40 cm deep, located at least 50 meters away, with the fewest possible kicks. The course consists of 18 sections, while the practice courses consist of 6 or 9 sections, and their length can exceed 7,000 meters. Each section is assigned a number /PAR/, which means how many kicks a good footgolf player would need to get the ball into the hole.
