Ask our recepctionist if you need an alarm service.
You can hire a bike at reception.
On request we can provide a selection of chargers at the reception.
We have a 24-hour roomservice, please give your order at reception.
Out of restaurant service hours you can give your food order at reception, we are happy to serve it to you in your room between 6 am. and 10 pm.
Fresh towels daily
Please let us know if you need fresh towels by leaving them on the floor.
Fresh bed linen daily
Please let us know if you would like your bed linen to be changed daily. Normally we change them twice a week.
Our colleagues are happy to help you with your luggage.
You can buy them at the reception (moisturizer, razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, tissues, liners etc.)
Travelling with a baby
On request we provide: travel cot, high chair, baby bath, child seat.
Variety of pillows
We have a variety of pillows to choose from on request.
The cost of the hotel services can be paid on the spot in cash or by credit card and SZÉP-card (OTP, MKB, K&H).
Your reservation may be confirmed by providing credit card details or 50% advance payment effected by deadline defined by the Hotel. If you do not provide credit card details, your booking will only be considered if a prepayment is done by the due date.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours before the confirmed arrival date, the penalty is 50% of one overnight stay. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the confirmed arrival date, the penalty is 100% of one overnight stay.
